The PH High Temperature Penetrant Aerosol is special visible type liquid penetrant formulated for detecting flaws on surfaces of high temperatures. This speeds up the inspection process time by reducing the cool down time required for standard penetrant inspection process. Designed to be used with ZChek-CH Cleaner and ZChek-DH Developer.
Directions for use: Pre-clean the surface. Apply directly on surface being checked. Dwell time varies due to the temperature. Remove excess penetrant with a cloth moistened with cleaner. Apply a thin coat of developer for final inspection
Manufactured as per ASTM, ISO, AMS & ASME standards.
