The Ematest-PL is an innovative, fully automated, in-line nondestructive testing system. It addresses material condition assessments of metallic plates, coils, welds, skelp, and many more by using UT, EMAT, and/or ET methods. 100% of production is inspected, providing valuable information for grading, quality inspection requirements, and process control data nearer to the process to reduce scrap rates caused by process errors.
This system utilizes our advanced, intuitive, and operator-friendly software to generate test results displayed in the form of a defect map in real-time mode and simultaneously save the results on a local or external drive for further evaluation and analysis.
