RAM–AUTO Automated Turnkey Inspection System
The RAM–AUTO is a 100% in–line fully automated turnkey resonant inspection system with an automated conveyor and industrial grade computer that's compatible with a variety of parts.
The system offers efficient quality control testing for high-volume production lines of powdered metal parts and castings. It's a standalone system that can be easily integrated into any production line. It operates autonomously, requires no user intervention, and provides objective Pass or Fail results with automated sorting.
Each system includes a 24-bit, 50 kHz smart digital controller, an industrial impactor, a rugged microphone, a production line conveyor, photoelectric eyes, PLC, encoder, and an industrial PC with an integrated flat-panel monitor, offering a comprehensive turnkey testing package.
Part Testing Rate: 0.5–3 seconds
Part Types Tested: Metal, Ceramic, high-stiffness composition
Criteria Ranges: Up to 20 per part setup
Power Requirements: 200 VAC, Single Phase, 10 Amps
Air Requirements: Regulated 60 psi to 90 psi (414 kPa to 621 kPa)
