The EF9 Hydrophilic Remove is for Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection is a hydrophilic Emulsifier liquid concentrate, which can be diluted in water during usage with ZChek Post Emulsifiable Penetrants (Method D). EF9 is used to remove / emulsify the post emulsifiable penetrants appropriately which minimizes the surface background and protects indication’s integrity in critical components inspection.
Directions for use: EF9 is diluted with water before use. Generally the dilution rate is specified by the controlling process specification and normally falls within the range 5% to 20%.
