The FP1 Water Washable Fluorescent Penetrant is a greenish yellow color liquid (when under ultra violet radiation) used for Liquid Penetrant Inspection Type 1 Method A Sensitivity Level 1. It’s used to check for cracks in a wide range of applications. Meets OSHA requirements for class 3 B liquids due to their high flash point.
Directions for use: Pre-clean test part surface using ZChek CR. Apply ZChek FP1 by dip/spray/brush and allow dwell time of 20 minutes or refer to ASTM E1417.
