The FP12 Solvent Removable / Post Emulsifiable Fluorescent Penetrant is a high sensitivity Liquid Penetrant Type 1 Method B, C & D, Sensitivity Level 3. This versatile penetrant detects fine discontinuities open to the surface as well as exhibiting outstanding fluorescent brightness. Designed to be used on a variety of materials in critical applications.
Directions for use: Pre-clean test part surface using ZChek CR or ZChek CL. Apply ZChek FP12 by dip/spray/brush and allow dwell time of 20 minutes or refer to ASTM E1417.
Manufactured as per ASTM, ISO, AMS & ASME standards.
