The FP22 Solvent Removable / Post Emulsifiable Fluorescent Penetrant is a ultra-high sensitivity Liquid Penetrant Type 1 Method B, C & D, Sensitivity Level 4. This penetrant detects fine discontinuities in safety-critical components, such as titanium turbine components, and high stress parts.
Directions for use: Pre-clean test part surface using ZChek CR or ZChek CL. Apply ZChek FP22 by dip/spray/brush and allow dwell time of 20 minutes or refer to ASTM E1417.
Manufactured as per ASTM, ISO, AMS & ASME standards.
