The FP3 Water Washable Fluorescent Penetrant is a high sensitivity penetrant used for Liquid Penetrant Inspection Type 1 Method A Sensitivity Level 3. FP3 is formulated with strong capillary action which allows it to penetrate discontinuities quickly and bleed out into developer completely. Designed for the smaller/finer indications in critical components.
Directions for use: Pre-clean test part surface using ZChek CR. Apply ZChek FP3 by dip/spray/brush and allow dwell time of 20 minutes or refer to ASTM E1417.
Manufactured as per ASTM, ISO, AMS & ASME standards.
