Equipcon's AISTech 2025 was a great success!

The Equipcon team had a busy and exciting few days exhibiting for the third year in a row at AISTech in Nashville, alongside our valued partners from Scantech and Nordinkraft AG.

At the booth, Scantech had brought one of their C Frame X-Ray Thickness Gauge Scanners for continuous inline measurement of strip thickness. We also engaged with several manufactures to discuss their cutting edge XRF coating weight measurement systems as well.

Also at the booth, Nordinkraft had one their Ultrasonic Rider Cart systems on display. The Rider Cart is used for detecting laminations with its patented phased array sensor design. The system also can be fitted with shear wave sensors to detect vertical cracks and PEC sensors for detections for Hard Spots, a growing new inspection requirement. This system is highly versatile and can be adapted to meet a wide range of industry needs. Whether it's for routine inspections or more specialized applications, the Rider Cart offers flexibility and precision, making it suitable for various tasks such as detecting defects in different materials and environments. As an entry level manual system, the Rider is perfect for companies without budget for an automated scanner or inline inspection system.

This year’s show was a great success, filled with promising leads and the opportunity to connect and reconnect with industry peers. We’re already looking forward to returning for our fourth consecutive year at AISTech 2025, taking place at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from May 4th–7th.
